A perfect martini should be made by filling a glass with gin, then waving it in the general direction of Italy.

Never argue with an idiot......they will drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

My best memories are when my cousin Sandi was alive and all the things we did together, she was like a clone of me if I liked something she did also normally, there was not much we did not do or try to.

Schöne Dinge passieren in Ihrem Leben, wenn Sie sich distanzieren und negative Dinge und Menschen entfernen.

I remember my first days at school…we moved to a nice new school a little further away soon after and the old school became a car showroom and offices. That was nearly 70 years ago...

Remember my first day in Infants School - in 1932 - Our `gang` at 9 year old - going to the woods for a
silver birch free to - make our catapults ` Y ` from. then later - to the hardware shop - for our quarter inch
elastic to - finish them - Evacuation at 11 years old - Pontardawe - South Wales to the lovely people of
South Wales in July 1940.- one Heinkel bomber was chased away from Swansea in 1941 - dropped a bomb
and a load of incendiary bombs on a stream in Pontadawe - when us school kids found the incendiary bombs
we tossed then - to each other across the stream - they - around the stream - had not gone `off`
If they had have gone off - we would have been horridely burnt...

The bombing of Swansea by the Luftwaffe in World War Two culminated in three nights of devastation on 19, 20 and 21 February 1941. The centre of Swansea was turned from bustling streets to a pile of rubble. February 2021 is 80 years since the bombing that changed the face of Swansea forever.
Swansea was rebuilt after the war, so is relatively speaking a new town. New buildings.
They were bombed so badly because of the Swansea docks.

I was 15 years old and my first job was with my dad, we had to maintain and repair neon signs in Soho all strip clubs, and my job was to renew the power cable from the outside wall to the fuse box, the very first job was at the Tropie Carno club this job as it was a new sign took several days and the girls used to leave their little dogs with me when they went on stage, to being so young they were just doing a job, I did notice they all wore ankle bracelets why I remember this I don't know.

I remember harvest season. My mom, aunts and grandma inside canning, grandpa and the uncles picking, and us kids snapping beans, shelling peas, and shucking corn on the porch
