Hi cahoots
I don't know the things your asking about but I know about a few other things you could find out about.
Pink salt, to use in a bath buy coarse pink salt, to put it on your food buy fine pink salt. I've got wear and tear in my knees and since taking pink salt my pain has reduced by 95%.
Devil's Claw is a herbal remedy for pain, it's a common herb so your gp might know about it.
A copper bracelet might help arthritis but I've never used one.
A magnetic bracelet might help as long as the magnets are the right strength. Magnets are measured in gauss and the therapeutic strength is approximately 2,000 gauss. Be careful if you buy a magnetic bracelet cos some sellers will try to rip you off. You can't wear any kind of magnetic jewellery if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, hearing aid or inplant for diabetes.
Raw honey could help with arthritis, I've been taking raw honey for years. A few years ago I stopped taking it for a while and had bad pain in my shoulders which might be arthritis.
None of these things are guaranteed to help everyone but they help some people.
Obviously you need to consider any other health problems you have so do your own research or speak to your gp, if you can get an appointment.
If you want to know mor send me a pm.
Hope this helps.
