If you would like to suggest a place to meet then please feel free to Click Here to start a new topic
Meets can be for lunch, a coffee or even over a few days
It is up to you to make the suggestions and see if others want to join in.
Once a meet has a time, date and place then ask Mike to make it a 'Sticky' so that it becomes yellow with a pin and stays on top
I can also put it on The Map if you like.

maybe because nobody else bothers to organise any? Or maybe other meets are organised 'in secret' either by private messages or in the chat room places, I dunno.

Why don't you start one off in a place local to you?

Yes anyone can organise a Meet.

Just set a date, time and venue and post in this section and see if there's any interest.smile.png

Living alone I need to reach out for social interaction. Buzz50 lunch meets provide this. I have been at it since 2005 with the help of others and on another internet social group. I have tried to help other groups get started but have been rejected. I am always willing to help new groups get started and so are the Buzz50 monitors.

DO IT!. Copy Chester if you like I don't mind it isn't copyright. Just insert your own city/town date and venue and off you go: :xxx:

I would suggest that you find a place easily accessible by both car and public transport, eg a Wetherspoons that is a reasonable price. Book a table for about 6 on a date and time, usually lunch, then put up. If no one responds then easy cancel or if they do adjust bookings. Depends where you are as I would come
