Oh yes I've always had mine coloured and especially now the grey has set in - if I was a nice silvery grey I might think otherwise, but I'm not - I'm what is called a salt and pepper grey and it's horrible.

I have a lot of natural auburn / red highlights to my "mousey to dark brown hair" - I started off almost blonde but it's been getting naturally much darker as I get older.
If I ever start getting more grey than dark brown, I would consider highlights or colour but, until then, I'm happy to remain "au Naturelle"

We can see that ‘red halo’ suits you just fine Eira.wink.png

My hair is not curly, but it is straight with a kink in it. My natural colour is dark strawberry blonde and I do have it lightened. It needs another good cut soon.

Let it fly in the breeze and get caught in the trees
Give a home to the fleas in my hair
A home for fleas, (yeah) a hive to bees, (yeah) a nest for birds
There ain't no words for the beauty, the splendor, the wonder of my
Hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair
Flow it, show it, long as God can grow it, my hair

Love that song!

Remembering Harry Chapin 12/7/42-7/16/81
A Better Place to Be

It was an early morning bar room
And the place just opened up
And the little man come in so fast and
Started at his cup
And the broad who served the whisky
She was a big old friendly girl
And she tried to fight her empty nights
By smilin' at the world

Hi Aida

It is very toxic, sum ppl have had bad allergic reactions to it, mostly black dye as it contains a chemical called PPD.

I use an organic hair dye and my hair doesn't even need conditioner. Although it works for me, it might not work for everyone.

I have auburn hair but over time it has faded to an ash blonde which made me look wishy washy. After a few years of being plagued by my daughter to colour it I took the plunge. It's not exactly auburn but I think I like it.
