Have scrambled them in a bowl by whisking them first and during the cooking process, but I put the egg out of the shell in a small plastic container or on a saucer and cook it in the microwave a few seconds at a time until it is cooked with a soft or an hard yoke, whatever you prefer .

I make my own bread (in a bread maker - none of that kneading and stretching nonsense) so I always have bread available. Yesterday’s lunch was pastrami between two slices of a fresh loaf. Today there is bread left over but obviously not quite so fresh, so lunch will be something on toast (or soup with toast - I’ll decide later).

totally out of bread at the moment, until I go to the shops and buy myself a new loaf of bread .
