I fill the centres with marmalade, bake, then coat them with a large dollop of Greek yoghurt just before serving. Delicious!

I like mine with mincemeat in the centre.

I've tried that too Elizabeth. It's great!

Ginger preserve is another favourite of mine.

I rarely have dessert, unless peanut butter with gherkins on crackers counts. But when I do, it's cake (preferably bakewell) and custard.

Rhubarb home grown , I’ve a lot of it freezer .
So it’s rhubarb crumble or rhubarb and custard.
This weekend I’m going to start some rhubarb gin. (;;)

During summer fresh fruit, strawberries, raspberries, apricots, melon. But now winter’s approaching more the puds that go with custard, apple crumble is a favourite as its quick and easy to make and I cook it in the microwave.

Something simple as cheese and crackers, just add knife to fix.

I have never tried them with marmalade, Freya - that’s on my list of things to try now! Thank you for the idea.
I usually put some dried fruit or mincemeat in the centre but I can imagine that marmalade would be good too.

Rice pudding - with a dash of raspberry jam - seedless of course - makes the dish - for me.

At home, mine doesn't have a name. I crumble up a cookie in the bottom of a bowel, put a scoop or two of Ice Cream on top, put some chocolate or caramel syrup on top, sprinkle some peanuts on top of that, and once in a while a candied cherry on top.
