Wash it’s face, clean it’s hooves, wipe it’s backside and throw it on a plate. The only way to have a steak. Imo

A good quality olive oil rub and Chicago seasoning spice....cooked medium rare...nice and juicy. A side of baked potato...cooked in the air fryer...makes the skin crispy...steamed broccoli. What a meal!

I will never eat that artificial meat .it's gross..

Red meat provides us with iron, zinc and B vitamins. Meat is one of the main sources of vitamin B12 in the diet. Besides that...it's delicious.
