Let me say Amen. A few days ago I bought a "eye of round" oven roast, as it was labelled, for pot roast. Bad choice. It never got tender and I ended up throwing about half of it away.

I recently used braising steak to make a beef goulash, slow cooked and served with potato pancakes .. was delish smile.png
