Thanks for the heads up there Sandoval. Getting the diet right is hard.
I checked out Bananas and they do help my Hypertension, have good fibre, medium GI at 58 but full of fructose sugar as you said.
From what I read it's best to eat them in moderation and when they're greenish. That's hard as they yellow up so quick.
I also eat frozen Blueberries thinking them low gi too, but they have the sugar too. Same with most fruits which is a pity.
Maybe the solution is to simply eat less fruit?
What about Apples @ GI of 34?
