I would definitely err on the side of caution if it was me, and wait until the rapid flow test shows clear..

I wouldn't.

You might be waiting a month and that is completely unnecessary - old antibodies showing up on tests doesn’t mean you are infectious.
Precisely why people who have had covid don't need to do them for a month, in any situations where they would otherwise be required.

As per medical authorities advice.

And that is what I'm struggling with...the CDC says it's okay to go out and about after 10 days--if I wear a mask. Yet, I still test positive and some people I know are paranoid due to underlying health issues. Alas, as far as I can see, there is no definitive answer--clear as mud when it is safe to go out and about.

Thank you.... it's been a haul...worse than quarantining for 14 days--at least then there was an end in sight. With this virus, it seemed endless.
