The film I have watched the most times and would still like to watch again is "Raiders of the Lost Ark"

It i not a classic, not known for its wonderful acting or directing, not a serious film, but packed with actors I like, Kelly's Heroes.

The Wizard of Oz also comes to mind.

My favourite comedy movie is..."Planes, Trains and Automobiles"....Steve Martin and John Candy.
I've never laughed so much watching a movie, as I do with this one...no matter how many times I watch it!

Love it too, Steve Martin has made some brilliantly funny films, I loved "Roxanne" and "Parenthood" (the scene with the torch still cracks me up)
Not forgetting John Candy, (Who wants an Orange whip? Orange whip? Three Orange whips!)

Rips wrote: There’s been so many great films however if I only had the one film to watch I think it would be the African Queen, the struggle against adversity, bad behaviour , with a heartwarming centre .
All in glorious technicolour.
Sigh l love it .
Perhaps I should change from Rips to Rose old gal .

I saw Kelly's Heroes, when it first came out in a theater in Hollywood. Years later, I had it on DVD.
