Yes these issues have been reported many times and passed to the techies many times.
We are interested in getting things sorted, but we can only pass the info to the techies who have to be able to ‘replicate’ these faults in order to identify and determine the causes to ultimately be able to fix them.
This is proving difficult as these faults are in a small minority and proving very difficult to find.

This is why we need every detail in order to help the techies to identify a common factor that may help them to identify the cause of these annoying problems.

So please , don’t shoot the messengers as we are doing our best.

Hi, I too am experiencing a problem on the site, most times but not always when I leave the site I am being logged out even though I have the 'remember me' icon checked and I have cookies enabled for Buzz when I clean my system, this has only started happening in the last couple of weeks up until then I never needed to log into the site, I write in case this is a pre-curser to something more serious as a friend of mine is having problems with the adverts all over the site, hope this helps the 'techies'..........

seems like a long time since this thread about buzz problems was started, ant progress admin ??

Maybe a recap
Can get into buzz
Adverts start to appear top, bottom, both sides, and middle
After about 10 seconds it all freezes, and options appear, refresh or exit
Happens on desk top and laptop, but not mobile phone
Have not got ad blocker
Have used chrome and firefox and my usual edge

Has anyone who has had these problems got back to normal yet, if so what did you twiddle with (sure there is a tecno word for twiddle) and have the buzz tecnos come up with an answer yet

I could be a guinea pig and volunteer to be taken out of buzz, then re apply to join again as a newbie, all my points could be donated to charity, maybe there would be a gratuity for 14 years service

Macywack if you scroll down the list of topics in this section, you will see a thread entitled "Help" which i started over four months ago.

All of the problems i was experiencing at that time, are still ongoing, and nothing has changed.

I still have to switch from chrome to firefox, where i am able to access Buzz without any problems.

I think expert technical advice is needed to resolve the issue.

All have gone back totally normal for me on all browsers firefox, edge and google chrome.
The only difference being adverts are all disappeared on edge .
On google chrome they are where they should be...
No frozen page etc... for me ... site has been working perfectly well my end for many many weeks.

I have feeling the problem is to do with our device we log into Buzz with , maybe the code that buzz is made up of is not simple enough for each browser to understand ? Just my thoughts there B)

Why would a website work on one browser but not another?
Each browsers has different engines. These engines process the code written for different websites you may visit. Each browsers engine will interpret and render a webpage in a distinctive way. That means the exact same website can look and function differently across browsers.

Also, Why can't I get access to certain websites?
Your computer has a DNS cache that could become outdated or corrupted, which would make it so you can't access certain websites. Flushing your DNS cache could help you regain access to your favourite sites......
