I had eczema as a child. Mostly outgrown but it still can make my hands sore from time to time. My skin has been a bit dry and flaky throughout life and I don't notice that being much more now I've aged. A few more wrinkles in the skin that's for sure. Even so, it still holds me all together in one human-shaped lump and I suppose that's the most important thing. smile.png

Our skin is the body’s largest organ, so it certainly does a most important job by ‘holding us together.’ smile.png

I prefer to shower with Epiderm Cream - then wash it off - dry the skin - then apply Hydromol Cream - wait for a while then apply the Epiderm Cream - again - Skin feel like new - after that.

Price - per plastic bottle 500g - over £ 20 - or obtain through the NHS.
