Vitamins and mineral supplements I bought but found out later I shouldn’t be taking. ( The pharmacist is going to dispose of them for me. )
Various pain killing ‘ rubs’ - Deep Heat, Ibuprofen gel, Voltarol gel, flexiseq gel,
Biofreeze gel …. …an ice pack works better !
prescribed co codamol tablets, paracetamol, ibuprofen, simple cough medicine, vitamin D3 , Germolene, petroleum jelly, witch hazel , hydrogen peroxide, bandages, lint, cotton wool, a thermometer and a first aid box !

Calpol I have a 7 year old.
Aspirin if I start to have chest pains and some prescribed tablets I hold under my tongue if my chest pain gets to heart attack level again.
Plenty of plasters and bandages of all types.
About 3-4 boxes of half used Anti-biotics, I know we are supposed to finish the course but I look at it as what they were prescribed for is sorted and if I need some I have some instead of waiting for a week for a doctors appointment.
I have some lanzparole for settling my stomach before I take any tablets as I suffer with terrible acid reflux at times.
A electric thermometer the one you put in your ear and press a button to get your temperature.
And other things which I am not sure what they are.

My husband keeps his heart meds and acid reflux meds in his bedside drawer., separate from the general medicine cabinet. I have his medicine times on my phone alarm.

I don’t have a medicine cabinet either.

I have a small pouch in my rucksack with a basic emergency kit to treat bites, cuts and blisters etc
