Anybody who wants more info about pink salt feel free to msg me.

*Habibi, is the Pink Salt similar to Epson Salt? Over the years I have used it in a bath but not too often.
Out of interest, share how you use the Pink Salt, in a tub soak. foot bath etc? I will pm you....

Pink Salt……supposedly can…

Improve respiratory diseases.
Balance your body's pH.
Reduce signs of aging.
Improve sleep quality.
Regulate blood sugar.
Increase libido.

I have skeletal problems, uneven weight distribution which has resulted in arthritis in my right knee and elsewhere. A mechanical problem. These days it would have been fixed by surgery in adolescence. Two bad falls over the years have not helped.
I live with it.

My knees are good for their age despite an operation way back on the right one to remove what the surgeon described as being like "another leg"....I was limping about for a good few weeks after and I still have occasional discomfort.

Woody I have not heard of this, was it cartilage, or just boned kneecaps, I am not sure what I am wanting to ask, getting tired lol

Cartilage, which is why the X-rays didn’t pick it up initially. By 5th grade an orthopedic surgeon made me good as knew. Off I went. B)

As good as new, oops. I had another operation on that same knee as an adult. I dislocated my left once. It popped back in and about 90 percent of the pain went away. In fact I continued playing ball the rest of the day and never even had it looked at. Stupid but true. B)

A bit more information about pink salt, sometimes called Himalayan salt.

If u can manage to get in a bath buy coarse pink salt and put it in your bath. I don't know how much to put in a bath as I have a walk in shower but I'm sure there's information online.

If you can't get into a bath buy fine pink salt and put it on your food. I can't remember how long it takes to work because I've been using is for years.

You can buy pink salt from Amazon or eBay but I recently found it much cheaper in B & M. I'm not sure if B & M is only in Britain so people outside Britain might have to search for it.

I'd love to get any feedback from anyone who tries it.

Hi Lacey smile.png

I think Himalayan pink salt is different to epsom salts.

Himalayan pink salt doesn't contain the chemicals found in ordinary white salt. The chemicals are added to white salt to bleach it and to make it pour better.

Knee flare up late last night. Ice packs and rest today as it is quite swollen.
