I most certainly do
I drug myself up with gardening, listening to music, hiking, playing video games, watching endless movies, , and generally choosing to have absolute control over my life.
These are powerfully effective drugs that more people should try some time.
Sadly they are addictive.
Heaven forbid should the majority of people whom live rigorously controlled lives try them
For then, the whole system may just fall apart.
If only

Keto diet for blood sugar, Hibiscus tea + Buteyko breathing for BP, and aged garlic, vit D3 and and magnesium for good measure.
Rockerfeller got rid of natural remedies with the help of Carnegie and Flexner, making billions in the process but not tackling the cause of anything with the majority of modern drugs not even based on science. All imo of course.

Unlikely any OTC self medication things will be much help for that.

Lyrica (gabapentin) is the medication most often prescribed for this.

some patients find topical application of a cream helps - for the life of me cant remember its proper name, in my head it is capsicum cream, name sounds like that (nothing to do with real capsicums)

But you need a script. - well here in Australia you do.

there are none, that are effective. Loads of suggestions. How far have you got with tests etc? I am still waiting for the next lot but from what I can gather it could be months and months down the line. If you do please let me know

Treatment for peripheral neuropathy depends on the symptoms and underlying cause., but not all of the underlying causes of neuropathy can be treated.

If you you have diabetes, you need to gain control of your blood sugar level also, also stop smoking and cut down on alcohol if applicable.

Nerve pain can be treated with prescribed medicines called neuropathic pain agents, standard painkillers often do not work.

Your GP may refer you to a Neurologist.
Happy to help.

Rubbing Vicks vapour rub into the feet offers temporary relief .
Pity the poor bigots for they will never see further than their own noses.
