My arms, chest and core are fine now, but my knees are stiff when I walk and are slightly uncomfortable, making me a slow-ish walker, but the extra muscle has helped reduce pain and makes me less likely to stumble. I can leg press 120kg in 4 sets of 30 reps with a 10 second break between reps, which totals 14,400kg lifted, but just about everyone can overtake me when I walk, lol.

Better than the alternative though!

I have changed my eating habits quite a bit. Eat fewer sweets, chocolates, cake & don't drink cool drinks, nor fruit juices. I drink lemon water a few times a day & it seems to help with keeping my blood pressure & glucose levels lower. Trying to cut out all the unhealthy carbs. As for exercise, I need to be more committed & motivated. There was a time not too long ago where I did approx. 15000 steps. Want to get back to that again.

Do I eat healthy and exercise?..........

Eat Healthy.................sometimes.........sometimes for a good stretch of time............but no, not always.....

Exercise?....................mostly everyday.........10K steps per day is my goal.......

And sometimes, I walk to the lake and fish from a boat...........then go home and grill some steaks......... not the most exercise and not the healthiest eating.

I could do better, but I do work hard to cut back on certain things. My doctor is a veggie person so we are
always talking about what we eat. There is one fact we do talk about and that is people who eat meat do
take more pills than people who do not. We also agree a person must work out doing something every
day.

I try to walk most days, and have walked nearly 7 miles today. It ranges from 3 to about 7 miles a day. Walking is something I really enjoy doing on my own. Though I do a walk with a group once a week. I also try to eat sensibly having lots of veg and fruit, and cutting out a lot of carbs.
