My recent weight gain hasn't been on potato diet its been on ordinary food, still not good i agree

It wasn't sustainable though and you didn't stick to it.

And no mono diet is good nutrition.

wheres your pic Sharkey?

Seems like I've got to go to the docs for a list what I can do and what I cant do then I get a discount to get in and the instructor makes a plan. Ilo phone the doc tomorrow

Yes and you have been advised on more than one occasion to seek medical advice before embarking on ridiculous 'diets' and totally unsuitable exercises for a man with your condition.

I'm on ordinary food since Christmas now and the Doctor is instructing the gym what I can and cannot do, I do know I have to strengthen my core which has been weakened by that injury sustained and reverses any atrophy of the muscles.
