Chili (with beans) is my favorite. Yesterday I made Chicken soup with dumplings, although I also make Pea/Ham soup, and vegetable soup.

I like most soups made from veggies and pulses - homemade is best.
My son makes a delicious cauliflower and white Stilton cheese soup which is probably the best soup I have ever tasted.

When I am feeling poorly and sorry for myself, though, I find the best “comfort food” is a can of Heinz Cream of Tomato soup, with some buttered granary toast soldiers to dip into it.

Step by step, one goes a long way.

In these parts, tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich is comfort food; especially in winter.

Given that you seem to like Progresso soup, have you tried their Italian Wedding Soup?
