i have mentioned this to quite a few people and they've never heard of it,...i was doubting this poor lady, bless her.
i really must get round to trying it for family members x

My mother used to make this as a "poor mans" junket, the original of course being made with rennet rather than gelatin, but the rennet tablets were so plentiful and inexpensive I don't know why she bothered. You can even get a plant based rennet for those that don't eat meat.

Lots of deserts from my childhood being remembered. smile.png smile.png
