Swiss Onion from a recipe that I got from a restaurant that is well known for it.
On the same order of French Onion but it’s much richer in favor ... it has beer in the recipe:)

Hearty and healthy Northern bean & Bacon soup. Beans pack a lot of fiber and protein. Mom knew the recipe by heart..I learned from watching her cook. Yum...delicious!

Soup is so easy to make and I enjoy making it .
But I still enjoy Heinz Tomato with soft floury bread and butter .

Sounds good. I will make an effort to try it. Ainsley used to do a packet Shropshire pea soup which was quick to prepare and delicious.

I may hear some commits about I think about soup. Most of the time I don't eat it because it has too much
water most of the time. I do eat home made if it does not have a lot of water .

Been considering buying one of those fancy soup makers, firstly are they any good? secondly with the absence of a book shop canny find a resipe book in any charity shop.
