I was tidying out one of the kitchen cupboards the other day and found some dried mung beans ... they must have been two years old (maybe older :blush: ) but I decided to try and sprout them. It's taken five days but they have spouted and tonight I used some of them to fill an omelette along with some mushrooms, cheese and oregano. It was delicious!

We must remember that food has not changed in years. Dead meat is dead meat...Fruit is still the same.
Veges are still the same. When we add the cost of giving these foods a different names and putting
things in the food to make it taste different, they are able to charge more for the same food. Just buy
food before they change it and that will be cheap meals.
