My "favourite" changes over time.
My current favourite is Mira Manek - she is a newish kid on the block and perhaps not so well known as the chefs on TV. I don't think Mira has had a TV series but she looks so beautiful, writes with an interesting style and her food is amazing, so I reckon she would be very watchable on TV. She has a cafe, runs cookery courses and has written recipe books. In recent months, I've been trying quite a few of her delicious heritage veggie recipes, which she has adapted with healthier ingredients.
If you like Indian food and healthy veggie recipes, here's a link to some sample recipes from her website.

Great Chef, no flashy Dishes, no flouncing around You get what you see. A great sense of humour.
Never liked Gordon Ramsey, No need for his language in a kitchen , A sign of weakness, anyone that has to swear at his staff has no management skills . It doesn't matter how good a cook you are , if you have to swear at your staff then there is no place for you in a kitchen

Ive never heard Ramsey swear on his American series....
