We have asked at the vets and she said it is natural.

The best way to stop it, is to clean it up before the dog can get to it.
It may be ‘natural’ but it’s not pleasant.

A problem for some would be their dog gobbling another dogs poo.
I've actually seen this - gone in a flash before the owner could do something about it.

Also some dog walkers/owners are using their phones while exercising their dog/dogs and not paying attention.

Any time a dog eats poop of an unknown origin, they run the risk of contracting infectious diseases or parasites.
They also have the potential to ingest medications or other irritating ingredients that have passed through the system of the other animal.

What causes those dogs to lack vitamins?
