I don't compare other sites to Buzz, or vice versa - it doesn't work for me or help me choose.
I have been on multiple sites for some time - it takes a while to get used to a new site, feel at home there, get used to other members, so i haven't had any problems at all so far.

Depends what you want from a site, personally speaking for example, i would rather be on a site where '' 'well saids' are not part of the set up, much fairer imo for a number of reasons.

Just make a list of all the sites available, dive in and try them - stick your toe in the water (Lol) and see what happens.

Only a couple of weeks left to sort it out.

Hope you all find a new home that satisfies your needs.

There's been a thread started on F3A because apparently there's been some forums that have been hit by bots the owner of F3A says he hasn't seen any suspicious activity, but this might interest some on here, I've copied and pasted from a post he made on F3A:

we do have a number of prospective Buzz members who have failed the anti bot test by not responding to the email validation request, but this is probably just not noticing the email we send, perhaps sitting in their junk folder, otherwise they seem normal.

What about the story that one forum has had a massive suspicious influx of applications sourced to Russia ?
Checking them out and eliminating them has held up applications from genuine ‘would be members’ from Buzz50 ?.

I'm finding the Over50's site a bit confusing Rosie .... they have launched a new all singing/dancing etc website which looks much livlier than the old one .... however the old one is still in existence on the internet but just sitting there with all members info and it's not possible, seemingly, to erase any personal stuff like username etc or to contact anyone ... all links lead to a big fat nothing.

If the site you arte visiting is the new one which looks bright, shiny and busy then there is probably a 'working' contact us button there somewhere.

There's one at the very, very bottom of this page but I am not sure if it works ... it's defo on the 'new' over50 platform though ....

good luck xxxx

Just to let peeps know who are interested in chat sites, F3A have suggested peeps try their chat on Wednesday and Friday this week at 11am and 4pm UK time because at the moment people have been going in there at different times and it's not much fun chatting to yourself lol.

I joined there, but I can’t post anything.

Every time I try, it says I must have a message to post.

I can’t go to the help forum because...I can’t post...
