I rarely engage in "payback". Life is too short. I just continue on, sometimes forgiving but, if the transgression was big enough, never forgetting.

I suppose I can forgive for a lot of things.

However, I do have a limit where I do not or will ever forgive, and only one person has ever crossed it. Even after death, I still do not forgive, nor will I ever. I should say the circumstances regarding this were extreme and I feel my 'unforgiveness' is fully justified. I can't say I'm happy about it, but there it is. I have just learned over time to live with it and not to dwell on it.

I agree, Dave. Life is too short to forgive and forgive and forgive. I don't harbor a grudge, nor do I give the person another chance to fool me again. I move forward, and don't look back. There are so many new experiences to be had with new people you meet, to give you pleasure and joy in getting to know them and forming new friendships.

Keeps me being happy with myself and no regrets.
Better to be be surprised at what's around the next corner than to plan on what I might find there.

This week I turned a white wash grey .. that was down to me.
I find it’s best to forgive and move on .. My mantra is Oh don’t worry about that ..
Doesn’t mean you have to forget

BRILLIANT Rips.....I luv it.....

I always fordiv and forget. I don't want to carry the baggage otherwise.
