Do you remember the craze for them about a year ago ?
Do you still do them ,it was to my mind ,quite relaxing , I would love to be able to draw as my dear Mother did ,didn"t inherit her talent sadly .
Still, they are the next best thing .
I am pulling all the strings together for my holiday in 10 days time & have have popped a book with some coloured pencils in the suitcase ,to amuse me when the sun gets too fierce * I will pop into my A/C "d room . Bliss.
Will probably slip over to the bar ^ get a couple of cocktails for us both ,to enjoy pre lunch .
Wey Hey

My youngest got me several colouring books. I haven’t done any colouring for a few months. Very relaxing. I must get them out of the cupboard and have another go !

I'm more into watercolour painting Topsy and am self taught, not brilliant by any means but sometimes produce a good one and it gets framed. But I can see the appeal of those colouring books - painting, colouring, drawing, doodling, so very enjoyable and relaxing (especially with a cocktail in hand) :)

I used to paint in water colours but my hands are too trembly to do this any more. I can appreciate that colouring books could provide relaxation

Have not had a colouring book since I was a child, I'm more likely to get a puzzle book and amuse myself with that.

I found no satisfaction or stimulation with an adult colouring book, give me a crossword book every time.
