Hi Sandoval,
You might like to have a look at the TASCAM DP 008 EX which is now 166 pounds on Amazon.
You get 8 tracks and the quality is fantastic. It's the size of a paperback book and quite straightforward...

There is also an even smaller one for 111 pounds.

I did have a little dabble with this when I used to play guitar, fed into my PC via various effects with backing tracks provided by my MIDI program and recorded, sometimes overdubbed with other instruments. I think I just got bored with it after a while and sort of left it alone. Probably because I wasn't any good.

I find a mobile phone easier because I rely on inspiration. I've written stuff in the bath and driving on the motorway. If I can remember it when I'm done I write it down. I wasted many a time trying to force the issue but I just can't write to order. Good luck with the band.

Rain, I liked the pictures in your music video. Please compliment whoever took them. Since you have teh treadmill in your studio, you could hook it up to a generator and generate power while you were walking/running to power the studio!
Blessings,
Harry

Hi hcf3sf. I'm glad you like the photographs I used in that music video. I took them. A couple of years ago I was on a keep fit regime and We used to go walking every day on the hills around my home so most of them were taken there. Some were taken in my garden.

I am always looking for photos to use in my videos. On my last video I even resorted to doing drawings.

So if any Buzzers have photos they would like to appear in a music video, feel free to PM me about it.

We have just spent an enjoyable few hours recording my song 'Journey'.

The photo is the road I grew up on and my parents' first car...
