Which grammar is it that people use that drive you crazy.

We have so many different ways of spelling things
But some words are very confusing

I try not to let other folk’s grammatical errors drive me crazy.
None of us are perfect and I try to overlook the harmless mistakes of other folk, as I hope they will overlook mine.

Same here.
Grammar mistakes do not drive me crazy... This being said I am rather surprised about the number of people who constantly write it's instead of its. As in ''Brexit and its economical impact'' eg.wink.png

Or who use ''an'' in front of a name starting with a consonant.

Poor grammar is a pet peeve, but I always consider the context. I don’t care so much online; especially on social media sites. There is no place for it at my work however.

I always try to use British English, I do have a mild form of Dyslexia, so I can sometimes struggle with grammar. Have no problem with other people using their version of English when it comes to spelling and grammar. As long as everyone is understood, that's all that matters.
