I eat all varieties of egg Preps. My most fave is poached on wheat toast, toast buttered. Or scrambled eggs fluffy.

I like my eggs the same way that I like the detectives I read about in novels, hard boiled. Omelets though are also very tasty!

When somebody said “10 years back” ...
Despite everything,
you think about the mid 90s!

Tried something new. Made an omelet (no filling, not folded over) and poured some marinara sauce over it, just regular, store bought, jarred marinara sauce. Put the lid on the pan and let the sauce warm up and infuse into the omelet. Very tasty.

My hubby likes fried eggs with the yolk almost (but not quite) soft, so that is what I make. I put mine on a pc of toast with a little bit of nacho cheese.

That being said, I have my own recipe that I eat only if I'm making eggs for myself (it rarely happens!)

The best way to describe it would be: think of an omelette with all of the stuff you like (bacon, onion, etc.), and no cheese. Then instead of making an omelette you scramble it. Oh, yummy!!

Sounds good. I have pet chickens, so the fresh eggs make breakfast extra tasty!

I bought some poach pods to put in a pan of water, you need to get the timing right or they can overcook . I'm hopeless at cooking poached eggs in the traditional way..

Things have certainly gotten fancier.

My mother had one of these...

She also had one to do a single egg...

I have the microwave version....it works great!

My wife bought some of those rubbery egg things in the top image, I didn't know what they were and thought they were just some rubbish maybe corner packaging from a hammock she ordered for the garden so I threw them in the bin and a few days later when she asked if I had seen them and she explained what they looked like I said yes dear I chucked them in the bin as I thought they were junk! She called me a very mean name
